After 15 Long Years, Palpitations Come Down To This!
I started this blog in 2002 as a response to a heart palpitation scare I had that lasted many months! In the six years that I chased the cause of my palpitations, I never really thought I would beat this monster, but thankfully I did. Piece by piece I connected the dots and figured out why I had palpitations and most of all – HOW I COULD STOP THEM!
Thousands of people suffer from heart palpitations. Most often, minor palpitations turn into major palpitations because your body goes into an anxiety attack when it feels things happening to the heart. You feel like you are dying! It scares the crap out of you. You start looking for help.
Your doctors will never tell you the truth. Most of them don’t know the truth. Doctors lack the education to handle this issue, but will come unglued if you point this out. Most often doctors will just prescribe some heart medication. And while that might work for a short while, it never works in the long run. Eventually, you find this site. Here, we’ll tell you the truth about palpitations.
Palpitations are often caused by any number of triggers. Most of those triggers lead back to internal inflammation. Those triggers include the following:
- Mercury in your fillings
- Unflossed teeth
- Consumption of cheap, mercury filled fish oils
- Consumption of highly processed foods
- Consumption of Canola Oil
- Consumption of MSG and Gluten
- High Blood Pressure
- Diabetic Gastroparesis
- Esophageal Reflux
- Sleep apnea
- Clogged Arteries
If you want to stop your palpitations, you need to understand some things. First is that you go to your doctor and make sure you don’t have physical defects in your heart! You never want to mess with genuine medical issues! If you are NOT triggered by any of the factors listed above, then you may be in need of medical help or surgery. Physical factors can include things such as a prolapsed mitral valve. You must take these things seriously and seek medical help.
If, however, your palpitations are triggered by the environmental factors we talk about in the list above, then you may be able to do something about it.
After 15 years of research on this matter, I have narrowed my own personal regimen down to a few simple things. It requires some discipline and a desire to change. It also requires that you use a few dietary supplements and that you cut out certain foods.
I get so much email on this topic that I decided to handle it this way. In the next few days, I will update this article with a list of the supplements and the steps I took to completely be palpitation free.
I plan to post the regimen in the side bar over to the right of this article. Check back in a few days, or click the button below and leave your details so that we can email you once the post is finished.
Until then – 🙂
