How to Stop Heart Palpitations

Do you suffer from heart palpitations?
Above all, we highly recommend that you go see your own doctor before embarking on any kind of lifestyle changes.  There are times when heart palpitations happen for valid physiological reasons, and only your doctor knows when this is happening.  He may discover that you have weak valves in your heart – such as is sometimes found with prolapsed mitral valves.  When this is the case, your doctor will be able to detect it and recommend a procedure.  Alternatively, you may have issues with electrical conductivity.  If you experience a heart attack, the sooner you get medical attention – the better!

But once you have seen your doctor and you are satisfied that there is nothing wrong with your heart, then you are ready to absorb the information contained on this site. It took about 8 years to finally figure out what was causing palpitations in my own case, but I can tell you that comparing notes with others, it seems to be fairly common.  Sadly, it is not common enough for doctors to actually stand up and do something about it.  Most of them just seem content to push drugs for their big pharma sugar daddies.

If you find that you’ve exhausted everything you can think of the beat these horrible heart palpitations, then you might be ready to look at the root cause. I haven’t had them in over two years now and those with whom I’ve shared my information have experience similar benefits.  There is no magic pill you can take here.  You just need to understand what’s causing them and then stop creating that environment within your body.  It’s really that simple.

I am in the process of updating my research and I will make it available to everyone shortly for a nominal cost. Oh yes.. one other thing.  You won’t have to give up coffee or alcohol!  You just need to know how, when and why palpitations are triggered.

    Max
i started having heart palpatations while cleansing my colon and heavy metals. I currently have a swollen area and can actually feel bubbles come accross my transverse colon right where the solar plexis and the vegus nerve but also the main lymph. There is another, possibly the main reason why people have heart palpatations that you didn’t mention directly. Most people with heart problems have congested colons and too much bacteria can cause the main lympth to send the extra stuff up and around the top of the heart to the left ventrical. I can confirm this because I can feel the pain shot from my solar plexis to my heart this way. It is currently happening constanly, checking my heart rate it did it 3 times in 30 seconds. I feel my heart getting congested and its keeping me from doing anything or panic can set in when a painful one hits.
What I’d like to know is a good way to fix it when its caused by intestinal reasons in particular? I took the aloe an hour ago and am waiting for results, how long did it take you? I’ve been taking aloe on and off with the colon cleansing; but will do it religiously now.
I too can cause one by manipulating the solar plexis area and also cause a sweat, due to the vagus nerve. This has been my previous main concern and its back full on with the palpatations at times when the colon is moving or gassy in the center of the transverse colon. I can actually feel something moving up that lymph and my heart pushing harder to get it through, sometimes painfully. It scares me that I’ll get congestive heart issues. Interestingly I had a notion that garlic would help my wooziness that would come and go, lasting only a minute and happening a few times an hour. The high quality garlic prompted a greater release of the stuff and my heart went crazy, not knowing what was happening I went to my colonic appointment and there more of it happened and its been happening ever since, a few days now. How do we get in touch with you?

When you say that you are taking “Aloe”, you don’t specify whether it is juice or gel. If you take it as part of a regimen for detox, then I suspect it is juice. If it is runny like water, then it is juice. Gel is thick like jelly. Ginger is good for calming the stomach to. sliced ginger or even ginger tea.

You need to alkalize your diet. You need lots of water – at least two litres per day. And it must be alkaline water. So eithe put ph drops in it or lemon in each glass. You need to follow the regimen that is on the site. All this assumes that you have checked with your doctor and that he has ruled out any kind of heart blockage. Any doctor hearing of pain in the solar plexus region will automatically susptect ANGINA. You need to get this checked out above all!

I’m not a doctor. I’m just a guy who had really bad palpitations for a few years and decided to find the cure.
