We’re pretty much at the end of the summer now here in North America. For those of you who have managed to stay with your diet plans, kudos to you. It is very difficult to pull this off. For those of us who have cheated a bit from time to time, we know all too well what this means for palpitations.
If you just arrived at this site looking for relief from your palpitations, then you’ve come to the right spot for sure. I am certainly not a doctor, but I probably have more experience dealing with and re-mediating the effects of palpitations. I’ve been at it now for 12 years. I have my palpitations under control, but if I abandon my regimen, they will come back with a vengeance. I chose the organic method to prevent heart palpitations because after trying the toxic pharmaceutical chemicals that doctors prescribed to me, I felt worse in many ways.
You need to change how you look at palpitations. Palpitations are merely a manifestation of a condition that you created – which would allow their existence. This is the MAJOR difference between my approach and that of a doctor. Doctors prefer to hand out toxic chemicals in order to force the heart to NOT Respond to the environment that you created. The result is – no palpitations (until you build up an immunity to the toxins. After which, the palps will start up again, and you’ll need stronger toxic chemicals. And so the cycle goes).
My preference is to stop creating the environment where palps can exist. If that environment does not exist in your body, then you just won’t have palpitations. This is a painfully obvious situation, but it does take multiple billions of dollars out of the pockets of the sickness industry.
